LeBron's gotta seriously work on his game. His inability to finish at the rim/get to the basket against elite teams has caught up with him.
Fire Damon Jones. Work on your jump shot. Finally hit 80% from the ft line.

Just gotta take it 1 game at a time. Bron gotta look to score point blank. Him and Kyrie gotta get 30 a piece for a chance to win. Shump gotta get replaced in the 2nd unit too. Give Mcrae a shot.
I'd listen to offers for Love and Shump.
But I'd still bring this group back in its entirety except Dahntay Jones. They need mental professional help. A lot of teams do this behind the scenes.
Lue needs a full camp...and they need to iron out the details of their line ups.
Delly, JR, and Moz should all take discounts to come back. They probably won't. JR won't definitly tho because of who his agent is.

I'd bring over Cedi Osman now to get him acclimated to the NBA. And I'd increase McCrae's role next year.

lue ass. dude is too unpredictable with his lineup and he does not rest his best players too much.
