I welcome a change of pace with Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes, following the dark and heavy War for the Planet of the Apes. The new movie offered a lighter, more adventurous tone, which is a pleasant welcome. While I have only rewatched War a handful of times, I anticipate revisiting Kingdom much more frequently in the future.

I still liked War though, but it’s my least favorite.

Just caught it for a 3rd time. When Noa told Mae he’s going to build his village up stronger with everything he’s learned I don’t think she caught on that he was talking about power and electricity

New village about to be looking like Las Vegas

It felt like an introductory film. It was ok but they didn't give Proximus Ceasar enough scene and dialog.

Ended up rooting for the apes by the end of the movie. Haven't seen any of the other ones besides the 1st one of this series.

It was a good adventure nothing mind blowing but I enjoyed it.

Would recommend for a family movie

I agree, and the movie could had been shorter as well especially for the story that was being told.
