The Kings really saw four years of Demar/Lavine with a white no defense having big and said "SIGN US UP"

Same how dumb ass Mavs didnt push for Reeves instead of Christie
Man, Pelinka had crazy leverage if you think about it. He knew Nico was thirsty for AD and he could have leaked that Luka was on the trade block which would have created a shytstorm for the Mavs.

At least let him "Finish what we started" and give the guy a training camp with his staff.

I really have no idea what the fukk the off-season is going to look like . As long as it results in a the opposite of this , is all I ask .
Someone will take the job because there's only so many of them. But they fired Malone and they fired Brown. Who really wants the job? Coupled with team should probably be tanking. Maybe they should let Doug do his thing.

Windhorst was saying Perry got hired two or three weeks ago.

Was kind of a mirage. They won a ridiculous amount of close games that year. Not a sustainable model for success
It works both ways tho. They also lost a ridiculous amount of close games this season.

Kings went away from their style of play from that season and their 3 point shooting got worse.

Fox isn't worth the #4 pick in this most recent draft, so the people who keep asking why they didn't get Castle gotta remember that.
Had more to do with him being clear who he wouldn’t extend with and limiting their options.

Everybody pointed out how once the Kings traded for Zach it was basically the Chicago Bulls 2.0.

It was also clear that DeRozan had no interest in playing with LaVine anymore, which is partially why he left Chicago in the first place, and now he's keeping his future with Sacramento in the air.
