One Of The Last Real Ones To Do It
I still think the knicks are a mid 50 win team and a possible ECF appearance team (2nd Round or bust though)
They've been getting better. They still have their core (which is the best core they have had in 15 years) and have depth (the best depth they have had in like 15 years)
its funny a lot of teams will end up with a record like that or worse (and will have done themselves dirty like the nyets did to get there) but none will have to hear as much shyt about not being a top contender as the knicks will....
Also who the fukk comes up with a Melo / Pau Gasol trade in 2013 and says its fair. Lakers couldnt get melo for that when he was in Denver and Pau was still part of a recent championship team.
The writer did have a good point about 2015 though. His explanation was kind of a backhanded explanation of why they got mills to be the GM. they need somebody to conjole FA cause there is no guarantee anything good will come to NY. They made the mistake of thinking money was enough in 2010 and look what happened. Also Glen did do some bad signing and maybe barg was the last straw....
