Well, it actually did but Afrikka Bambaataa had very little to do with it. It was a group called the 'Black Spades' back in the early 70's that started it.
Zulu Nation came after the 'Spades' grew up.
Anyhow, it was in-answer to MC Shan's claim it started in Queens.
