I think the Lakers knew they were getting an injury prone player that'd give them 50-65 games max a year. But the Hornets called them first apparently so the extent of his most problematic injuries may not have been disclosed until the doctors got a look at him.

If this is true Hornets FO is super foul.
he played 20 games this year
and 20 games last year

pelinka was feeling himself after the luka hustle and shot himself into a work :mjlol:

Shams says it wasn’t his back that made the lakers rescind the trade . He had other health issues they didn’t mention and he failed the physical in general :jbhmm:

He was playing on a team that wasn't trying to win tho. You don't know what a guy's true physicals are until he gets into your camp.

There's past players like Ilgaskus, Curry, Shaun Livingston that came back from early career injury problems.

But if this dude can't even do a bicep curl allegedly or whatever then he's damaged goods.

The Hornets basically can get him for some second round picks now if they want to move off him.

Cats gonna get their jokes off, but the rest of the league is lucky that Mark's body ain't hold up. This would've been a move that could've put the Lakers into contending territory.

Now they gotta rely on Jaxson Hayes' bum ass in the playoffs.

we ain't trying to win because literally the entire top 8 got hurt at the same time lol. you think we wanted to start taj gibson in 2025? :pachaha:

hornets don't even have to move him. shyt, this helps us pay him even less if anything - we not in a rush
