Okafor's interior numbers are a straight up lie to anyone watching their game and watching the sea of players attack the paint on them and score at will. And again he's a 5 so you'd have to find a defensive anchor at the 4 which is a lot harder most of the time and that player would also need to stretch the floor since Okafor can't. So basically you would need Ibaka/Millsap/Green. Yup, he's trash.

Okafor is better than Randle, long term he can become a decent enough defender just off his length, meanwhile Randle got T-Rex arms and if he loses weight to get quicker he wont be able to bullrush on drives.

Randle is a far worse interior defender, he was one of the worst in the league last year, say what you want about Okafor but he did actually challenge shots at the rim and altered them. He was awful on rotations but his man to man defense wasn't that bad.
