"The Last of Us" DLC details coming this week

oh ok so a month after release ....i wonder how many games release dlc that soon

I did too gta already getting boring too

Breh, I had a revelation today & thought that maybe we as consumers are so A.D.D. with the society we live in, that just like music...we're consuming and throwing our games in the bushes at a rapid and scary pace. And I JUST got to Franklin's new house. GTA 5 is great, but there's a slew of things they should've done with this one (maybe they just couldn't get it, this gen.) like making EVERY building accessible...Less repetition when shopping/smoking/talking etc...and the various bugs. It's a little boring when the initial wears off, but since I traded Last of Us for this, (which I had let someone borrow so I could come back and replay it like ) I almost feel like I'm obligated to play it all out and enjoy it.

I'm done.
EDIT: Online is probably the only thing that's gonna keep me from trading this when I'm done.

Half of my friend list is still playing it, a lot of them switching between GTA V and TLOU (like me).

Y'all nikkas don't appreciate shyt enough if you are already bored of GTA V or close to it. I can still rock older games as long as it's still fun. A game like GTA will always be fun even months/years later. I still played IV periodically up until V came out(Though that was because I was just getting into PC gaming and those mods were crazy!)

Y'all nikkas don't appreciate shyt enough if you are already bored of GTA V or close to it. I can still rock older games as long as it's still fun. A game like GTA will always be fun even months/years later. I still played IV periodically up until V came out(Though that was because I was just getting into PC gaming and those mods were crazy!)

Nah I appreciate it just fine... "Bored" comes in when you realize it's not much to do outside of fukkery (which for me, is more entertaining than most the missions so far), and when you realize there's only a few heists, many of which you don't get paid for. The most entertaining thing about the game to me is the fukkery that ensues in Franklins car bullet-time, and the cutscenes of Lamar, Trevor, etc...and the heists, which as I said...are limited. It's justifiable and relative boredom. Not "I'm not playing this game again" boredom. Relax kid.

Plenty money to cop, but realistically, I played it once and the story was easily top 5 of all time to me. Knowing I probably won't play again for months down the road, I had no problem trading it, other than the fact it was so great. (Like what happens once I beat a Metal Gear game and fukk with it for a few weeks/months afterwards)...I'm like that with good games though. I'll love em while I'm playing them, then when a game comes out that I know I'm going to put more hours into, I cop the next one. Long as I'm SURE I'm done with the old one for a minute.

Ain't like Last of Us had alternate endings, and like I said, the shyt had no DLC for months so I really had no urge to replay at the time...I will eventually though. I'm just not some nerd sitting around collecting games, a lot of my shyt gets loaned out or traded in. Only thing I'm sitting on right now is GTA & 2K13 for when I wanna switch it up. Some of us love games, but have lives outside of gaming breh. Deal with it.

Real popular titles usually take months for significant DLC to drop. Bioshock infinite dropped in march I think and they didn't release their DLC until August. What sucks for TLOU is that their DLC will drop right amongst the thick of major releases and get overlooked

i agree, popular titles don't have to push DLC immediately. but they fukked up because a lot of us don't care about Last of us like that anymore. with GTA V out and online being released in a little over week, NaughtyDawg fukked up their own sells. my entire buddylist was playing LoU 2 months ago. now everybody is on GTA, and i don't think a lot of LoU fans are as amped over DLC now.

Game is just boring to me. I already tricked out a bunch of cars, killed a bunch of cops / civilians. I know it's bad when my chick was like ' do they play any new songs? '. it's beyond 2 souls and next Gen for me. This Gen

u right but the anticipation for GTA had me refusing to play this game ....i bet I can still hop back on multiplayer and give nikkas that work tho nh
