Wait, I just read the actual source and the info from Chris Colombo states that the game sold 2 million during the season 2 run which means my original title was correct . It was boosted by an additional 2 million, not boosted to 2 million which would wouldn't make sense as saying "boosted to 2 million" sounds as if the prior sales were below that.

It was a mistake on my part, misread the title as I literally dropped the thread while I was working.

Reading comprehension is not a thing of the past for me at least.
Edit: Reread the source and my title was correct, the tweet was phrased incorrectly. It states the game sold +2 million during the season 2 window. "Boosted to 2 million sales" sounds weird as that implies that it started from something below that and no time frame is specified to corroborate that phrase.

LOL. I haven’t seen a single episode of the show(still got season one wrapped in plastic) but I’ve been keeping up with the discussion especially with this season. I’ve seen clips of the show and Bella is completely miscast. I’m not one of those cac weirdos who are endlessly making memes and bullying this poor girl. But she’s pretty bad from a character and portrayal standpoint compared to the game version. It’s night and day when you see side by side comparison(the scene with Dina after Ellie tortures/murders Nora basically confirming there’s no going back. You see the raw emotion and physical pain of VG ellie while Ramsey just looks like an emotionless rock who just took a fresh bath) But I’m thinking what if this was Schmuckman’s intention. Cast Bella, have her intentionally not play the game so she doesn’t have a feel for the character, rush the second season out knowing she won’t remotely look older/be taller, make these stupid shyt changes, etc, all for the sake of rage baiting. Just so people will purchase the game to see for themselves what all the controversy is about and the differences in the two mediums?
