They need to add a hook to the game to give it more replayability. Multiplayer was forgettable
I don't know. Aside from the micro transactions, I've seen the multiplayer received very well online.
Forgettable? MP still has people playing it. It maybe was to you.
It's just like how some people ignored UC2 MP yet that shyt was cocaine to me. Had me like 200 hours online alone.
I agree. This is actually the first time I've seen someone have such a poor opinion of that aspect of the game.
I would like for the TLOU to be a fallout type franchise where it just has it's own separate universe/timeline in a post apocalyptic world setting.

Y'all sound like y'all barely tried it. My boy who pretty much play sports and cod online was hooked on it. It felt like gears of war. The remaster was even better.

....only ppl that i know dont like the LoU mp are the ADD call of duty crowd or niccas that are just plain awful in it....Damn near all the dudes that came over from xbox that liked the good ol days of gears fukk with LoUEDIT: cant wait for more LoU piff by the way
....but why dudes in here talking bout "rather a new ip" like companies who are successful (especially exclusive only companies) make new ip's every 3yrs or something ...bungie pretty much only have two ip's, epic games only got two ip's and so on and so forth....shyt, full archive wise naughty dog got more ip's then most combined

Naughty Dog has "ideas for The Last Of Us 2 with new characters"
It was only last week that Naughty Dog sent the internet into meltdown over the possibility of The Last Of Us 2 by saying the immortal words 'the first Last Of Us'. Now, in the brand new issue of Official PlayStation Magazine, The Last Of Us creative director Neil Druckmann sets things straight and it's pretty exciting.
Druckmann's reaction to Nolan North saying earlier in the year that there definitely was a sequel inbound for the post apocalyptic series was just like ours. Surprise. "I can say that was kind of a surprise for us for him to say that," he tells OPM. "I was like 'Oh he knows more than we know [about] what we're doing next.' We joked about it afterwards during shoots and stuff."
"The answer is - and this is totally honest, and I've said this in the past - that when Bruce (Straley) and I moved over to Uncharted 4, we were brainstorming ideas for The Last Of Us 2 with new characters; ideas for TLOU 2 with Joel and Ellie; ideas for a sci-fi game; ideas for a fantasy game, and building prototypes for each one of those ideas. And just as we were getting close to settling or narrowing that list down, we were asked to work on Uncharted 4." Gosh it's like being stuck between a really good rock and an excellent hard place, isn't it?
Druckmann goes on to explain that a small team had been working on those prototypes and then everyone moved over to Uncharted 4. "You know, there's a part of me that's really looking forward to going back to those things, but I have no cycles left in my mind even to be thinking about that right now!" he says. "So, I guess he (North) was kind of right in that we were working on stuff, but we don't know what we're doing next and we won't know until probably a few months after we finish Uncharted 4."

Naw. I like the linear adventure/journey style gameplay. Keep that open world crap for state of decay and day z
Please do not make a part 2. Ruin a classic brehs smh.
Maybe center the game around someone from the Firefly's perspective
