As a PS4 owner who played the game on PS3; I don't see a huge difference.

The problem with these comparisons are that the pictures of the ps4 version are from pre-rendered ps3 cutscenes. The pre rendered scenes on the ps3 version featured better lighting, higher quality player models, better AA and better textures and other things. In game on ps3 didn't look as good. Now on ps4, the quality you see in the pre rendered cutscenes(from the ps3) are going to be real time in game on the ps4 version on top of the visual improvements. That's going to be the biggest improvement along with the silky smooth 60fps. As of now we haven't seen any gameplay shots or clips of the ps4 version so that's why some people say the difference isn't going to be much because these misleading comparisons only tell half the story.

Don't know about "look" but I guess it will play better. Not sure if I'd re-buy buy ANY game for a framerate upgrade though
