I went back and looked at some clips/pics of season 1, episode 1 (before the outbreak): Joel and Tommy look SO different in that episode compared to how they look in season 2.

The makeup artists and costume designers really did a good job aging them up :ehh:

Where do I begin :russ:

But, I'm trying to ignore the "that's not Seattle :wtb:" feeling when I see some arch that says Capitol Hill, or them mentioning "lake Hill" which ..what? Lol or taking the arboretum unto Seattle etc. turnstiles in the train station?

Anyway, at least the escalator was broken that was accurate
Did they mess up Seattle?

Damn, did they have to have this "take place" in Seattle? Why not say Vancouver? The distance to get there probably made it too unrealistic?
The game and show are in Seattle, the show just filmed in Vancouver like EVERY show that is in "Seattle" like greys anatomy, loudermilk, etc.

Only 50 shades of grey actually filmed scenes here

Edit: and to your point, it works for the game of course, but for the show that probably would be too dramatic a change
