Let's face it:

LeBron's playing on a totally different level these Playoffs.

PPG 32.7 - Rebs 9.2 - Assists 7.0 - FG 53.9% - 40+ points 5x

His team however... straight garbage. The coaching.. Jalen Rose would easily do better than Ty Lue.

It's literally LeBron (and Korver, the only consistent other Cav) vs the other team. On the odd nights that people who regularly don't show up and bring 0 value like J.R. Smith, Larry Nance, Green, Hill, Hood play 'acceptable' basketball - the Cavs are hard to beat. If Tristan keeps fighting for Rebs and Love wakes up winning even tough games is very likely

LeBron's so good that if his team mates aren't completely bad and do some effort, they have a great shot at winning games and even this current series.

Ty Lue's coaching abilities are very limited. No plays. The only play is 'LeBron do your thing and guys try not to suck ok.. come on guys!'

Regardless of the outcome of these Playoffs (LeBron is still easily the best player in the world and we do see the Cavs at times randomly play strong a few games) it's time for him to be selfish, focus on himself and takes his talents elsewhere.. so he can be in a position to win Championships

Preferably to Hollywood

And no: this is not 'LeBron stans are making apologies'. The Celtics are playing GREAT, mad props to them. We all know this has been a problem (the Cavs squad, the bad coaching) and we all know that LeBron is on a totally different level vs any other player in this league - it's just bad to see a MJ-Kobe level player being forced to play with a bunch of scrubs doing zero effort.

LeBron wanted this team.

He wanted Korver and Calderon.

He wanted Tristan to get $80mil and JR to get $40mil.

Let's not forget he wanted Rose and Wade with 1 combined good knee...

He wanted Love instead of Wiggins.

He wanted Blatt fired and Lue in charge.

LeBron is great. His stats are great. Cleveland being bad is largely on him, all the same.

How come these guys were serviceable pre-Lebron?

How come these guys were hooping when they first got on the Cavs before LeBron infected them?

Why is that he NEVER has enough help despite him choosing the roster?

:lupe:
I think it's the same issue with MJ: many players simply can't step up to that level of competition and greatness.

Difference between MJ and LeBron: MJ would chew players up for not passing him the ball often enough DURING PRACTICE.. LeBron buys matching suits, Beats By Dre and is about creating that team chemistry from the Starters to the guy riding the bench... This is an issue: there needs to be a consequence for coming out in 2 games and playing like it's the first week of the Summer League

You see him working in a run-n-gun offense?

What about the Lakers?

LeBron, Kahwi, PG or Westbrook + young dogs Zo, Kuz, Ingram, Randle..?
I don’t see that happening where PG and Westbrook are with him on the lakers. As far as the lakers in general. I don’t think it’s idealistic to see lebron on the lakers or a team that’s still growing/has work to do and the organization is still reeling it’s self in from the fukkery of this decade.

He needs to go to a team with experienced stars that can compete. I don’t know how well he fits in HOU, but shyt, he made it work with Wade
