Even heard this trash on the breakfast club of all places.:scust:

How about civil rights?
How about affirmative action?
How about education?
How about healthcare?
How about everything the right is currently breaking their necks to dismantle?

People make it too easy for the republicans.

If you feel the left has no platform...explain right here right now why

These are important, but not winning issues at the moment. :manny: Americans care first and foremost about jobs and the economy. Dems keep losing because they stray away from that.

The right had no platform for 2016, 2014, 2012, or 2010.

It produced the presidency, US Senate, US House, 2 Supreme Court justices, and most Governor mansions & state house around the country.

fukk a platform!
The right doesn't need a platform because they have reliable voters. Their voters show up every election, Dems' don't. :yeshrug:

The right actually does have a platform right now. It's conservatism and the culture war. Far more focused and collected than the left.

For conservatism they got a general framework that they think works with no philosophical exceptions. They put extreme religious conservatives on the supreme court, so that tells you everything. It is a simple ideology that makes them feel right about everything. But not everyone is a hardcore conservatism.

That's where the culture war comes in. The culture war masks things like white supremacy, sexism, xenophobia, etc. Considering they elected the biggest culture warrior, Donald Trump, that tells you that their platform is sticking it to the other side/other people.

In 2008 and 2012, Democratic voters didn’t care about no damn platform, fam. They came out to vote for Obama because he was a smart charismatic dude.

Obama had a number of things he campaigned on. Some of them panned out, some of them didn't.

ACA for example

Keyword charismatic. Dems only come out when there is a charismatic candidate who inspires them. If not, Republicans win (see Bush vs Kerry, Trump vs Hillary, Reagan in the 80s, etc.).

This. The right know what they're voting for when the go to the polls. They've established their own code.

Most of the people voting for him didn’t care, fam.

I’m trying to explain to you that most people vote for candidates that they connect with. It’s as simple as that.
I can agree with this

It's why when Avenetti says that the 2020 candidate needs to be a white male, he's RIGHT

here's a platform

Yea, I'm pretty sure this is the current and number one message being pushed right now.

Then it's republican corruption, check on Trump, and we have to stop giving tax breaks to. Multimillionaires and billionaires and companies.

:manny:

People who say the democrats don't have a platform or message are being dishonest.

I mean look at this shyt right here.

Democrats agree to confirmations of 15 Trump judges

This is why Dems suck.
This is such an uninformed hot take. They changed the cloture rules from 60 to a simple majority in order to push these things through. Dems fought it until they literally changed the process. But still, judge selections are mostly a formality.

That's why it's important to vote. :comeon:
