People seek to compensate for things theyq lack and in this system, Black people simply do not feel good. Black men especially being powerless feel good that they have the "power" to create life via an activity that makes them feel good. This is also the reason why many Black men are against vasectomies even if they are reversible, they aren't willing to part with the little power they do wield.
