Aint that every trails game?
That problem really didn't start until Cold Steel. The series is always slow, but Sky & Crossbell has good buildup to it. But Cold Steel is when the series started being padded. Cold Steel 3 being the worst offender of that.
Daybreak 2 was solid. It's a 7.5/10 level game. Took my time with it over a few months. The Oathbreaker was the highlight of the game. He's arguably the best antagonist in the Trails series at this point.
Trails is slow paced at times but if experienced cold steel 2, u would know the feeling of doing mostly busy work until the last dungeon.....azure is slow and more so is zero but with azure the story of the previous game is still in the background,azure we get character development and the main political battle in crossbell going on
Tbh it is why taking breaks in this series is important. After Azure it can feel tedious at times. Can be easy to be burned out.
can’t justify 50 for fluff,missed out on the rewards for the save files but the bootleg version came with all the dlc unlocked so win win
I'm out here buying both digital and physical copies of each of these games and we got stuff like this. These niche titles need your support or else they won't get made or localized. This ain't Call of Duty or Metal Gear or even Persona. If you pirate one of those it's a drop in the bucket of the millions they sell.I folded and started playing, but I bootleg it so am playing it on my laptop instead of the 5

After what they pulled from CS 3&4 with characters "dying" the deaths don't mean anything in this series point in inarguable. The only people who really die are antagonist at the end of their arcs and people who died in the back story.deaths dont mean shyt in this series, they are making u know it by rewinding all these outcomes in this games
I think the gimmick of Daybreak 2 put people off. Also the identity of both the Garden Master and the Red Grendel were silly to me. I really wish 1000 oathbreaker was the main antagonist. His section was the best in the game and he's a great villain.Ohh this game ain't as bad as some the weebs are making it out to be.sure the main plot from part one doesn't move that much but if enjoyed part 1 u will like part two...am In fragments or chapter 3 probably towards the end of it. it's a mixture of reverie but less tedium of cold steel 2....plus I get to use my dear Shizuna
