I don't think this is the same BOTW team. This is probably from the 3DS team that has made past remakes/mobile games. The elite delta force team behind BOTW are too good to be working on this.

My uncle once gave me a cardboard cutout promotional display of Majoras Mask from Walmart (he use to work there ) and it was a hologram too
