Having a hard time getting hype for this, so far it just looks like a DLC of the first, al lthe trailers is link riding or flying around the same map, fighting the same enemies as the first one with the same sword as the first one.
Maybe a zelda exclusive direct would help, but right now I'm only interested based on name alone.

Not gonna like I want them to do something different. Pull a Princess Peach and make Zelda playable and have Link be captured or something or pull an Ico and have them both do the game together.

- Enemy variety seems to be a focus. That's why I hoped for with them having so many ready assets at their disposal. Clever reuses and new enemies will make for a good sequel;
- Same goes for weapon variety. Whether it comes from the targeting arrows or the cannon (you can see it's basically a jump + Y with a heavy two-handed weapon but with a grenade launcher upgrade);
- Enemy AI looks promising and the interaction between them and the environment too. Between the one collecting resources or acting like it, the other that carry each other around or even them building obstacles to block Link's traversal options, I can't wait to see all they can do. My instinct tells me this is one of the areas on which the dev team put a lot of work. Everybody loved the extent of Bokoblins' behaviors and options.
- The Zonai weapons all look like attachments, which convinces me even more some kind of pseudo crafting system might be afoot;
- New traversal options/vehicle making:
the reason why BotW core gameplay loop was so satisfying was that climbing & gliding/surfing went hand in hand to make exploration enjoyable and "organically" rewarding. This expands on it tremendously. Not only does finding vehicle parts would reward exploration a lot, it'd allow them to take even more advantage of the physics system. Can't help but think that Nintendo saw what players were doing with the system with flying machines and realized the possibilities. We saw- Train rails for shield surfing
- Makeshift car
- Balloon (don't trip my American friends
) - Some fukking sort of helicopting glider
- That mechanical bird from the last trailer
- Zelda with a bigger role in the story is cool. Can't bring myself to believe she would be playable
- Still so much more they haven't even revealed
