Fact is Klansley looks funny when it comes to booking male talent that doesn’t have his skin tone. You saw it with Lashley, Omos, and now Melo.
I believe Oba has a better opportunity to shine as a solo wrestler, but who knows. I can already see Trips throwing Trick and Melo as a tag team. Sure, they’ll get shine (and the stooges will eat it up), but a solo career for them is more important than a tag team career.
It’s just something wrestling fans lol
There’s people that would look you in the face and tell you Cesaro or Dolph Ziggler were fumbled in WWE like their resumes aren’t hall of fame worthy lol

It’s cool to be positive about his future, but the future is uncertain and what he’s been going through now and before can possibly affect his future. Plus the current booking might mess with the perception fans see in him.
Edit: I can just see Trips recycling the Trick-Melo storyline Shawn did by having them team up, split after some time, and then feuding. I’m sure people will eat it up, and it might do well, but Klansley not coming up with anything fresh for them would be
