I think they both should stay in AEW. WWE would definitely not use Willow correctly or even remotely close to how she's been presented in AEW. She would end up as some kind of bubbly version of Piper if the E got her and that would be terrible. Snacklander would likely have a better chance given her size/look don't think Triple H could resist himself. But, I feel if she jumped she would kind of be in the same spot she's in now, but with less seniority and could easily get lost in that mix. Whereas in AEW she is basically always in a spot to compete for the TV title, and could be tapped to challenge for the World title at any point.
