Sting on his AEW run:
“I didn’t want fans thinking I was just coasting along. I wanted them to say, ‘Wow, he’s pulling out all stops all the way to the end.’ And that’s exactly what I did. Diving off balconies, going through tables—it was fun! An amazing run, and I’m so grateful for it.”

Don't forget Vince all screaming in JBL and Coles ear shytting all over him. That match was diabolical, the way they made sting look like a goober.I was a WCW guy coming up and it pissed me off so bad with the way they booked him against big nose. And to bring out the black and white nWo to help him when he was the main guy battling them back in the day![]()
Kinda weird to run that in Chicago when they are doing a double-taping on Wednesday for Dynamite and Collision

They would’ve had Sting jobbing to Hardcore Holly had he come in in 01Shoulda done like DDP, Booker, Nash. But "Let's give the people what they wanted for decades pal, the nWo vs DX!!!!!! What a moment!!!!!!!"
I like it too. Gives them opportunities to do some different stuff for each show, unique visuals, etc. When companies go to the bigger arenas, they all just end up looking the same on TV.Starting to like the feel of the smaller venues. Gives it a more unique presentation, though hopefully they can build back up to doing larger arenas at some point soon. Guessing it's also saves them money to rent out and on travel costs vs. going city to city.

Or any spot for that matter.I'd like to see them go back to the James L. Knight Center in Miami. That was their first road show post-covid, coming out of the Daily's Place era. I thought it was a nice look on TV.
