Pretty much and Shari Redstone is going to learn that the hard way with the Paramount-Skydance merger. She wants the merger to happen by any means necessary as she was the one suggesting Skydance. Trump been have beef with CBS going back to his first term and is mad about the 60 Minutes interview with Kamala Harris. He's currently suing CBS over that and Shari needs the FCC's approval of the merger and she already threw the 60 minutes crew under the bus.

Reason why I brought her up is that she'll more than likely make the same mistake Disney did, but worse as a merger is on the line with her name on it and if she bends the knee and the merger still gets rejected, Paramount finna be in hell and they gonna want her gone afterwards.

I would've hated for her cats to have been alone for who knows how long because you never really know how long the process is going to take. In this case, it's taking quite a while. Shida hasn't wrestled on AEW TV since the November 20, 2024 episode of AEW Dynamite. She has remained active in Japan, working for various promotions.

It is unknown when Shida will return to AEW TV.
