IMO there wasn't enough there to extend the feud another 4 months after Revolution.

Now there's conflicting reports. SRS says Mercedes/Toni was the plan for 'ALL IN' all along and that while Mercedes was open to losing to whoever, creative hadn't decided yet who it would be to give her the L.
