TNT/TBS are not part of this would-be deal.

There’s still a possibility they could end up there if they don’t agree to a new deal when the contract is up.

TNT/TBS were part of the "Global Networks" that WBD was going to spin off away from "Studios and Streaming". However, Paramount is still interested in purchasing the "Global Networks" piece due to CNN being there.

From a political standpoint, that's the true evil in all of this considering who now owns Paramount.

TK doing business with YouTube, Amazon and WB for PPV points to him seeing all of this coming down the road and opening his options.
PPV wise, they're straight. I get why people are worried when it comes to TV, but folks got to remember that the TV deal don't expire until 2028 as they renewed the deal last year.

If Raw does bad numbers leading up to that point, TK should tell Netflix to put AEW on there for a cheaper price than they were paying WWE. Hopefully the subscription price ain't like $50 or more at that time, especially crazy if one company acquires all the others. Don't think that's even remotely possible.

Considering how both SmackDown and Saturday Night's Main Event deals both end in 2028, I wouldn't put it pass AEW if they look at USA/Peacock direction.
