Apparently TicketMaster is using dynamic pricing for Forbidden Door so getting your ticket early since it's apparently selling well would be the go-to move. Either that or wait and hope it cools off and they drop prices.

Based on?
According to him, he could've went to TNA in 07-09 and always chose to stay in ROH and wait if something else would show up. It ended up being WWE but it could've been Japan as well.

In his book (and interviews I've heard from him) he never really expands as to why, but he never wanted to work for TNA, specially once he became more of a "name" in the independent scene.

Well yeah TNA wasn’t paying MFs. Their biggest deals (Sting & Angle) were mostly covered by Spike

But from all reports & accounts there’s no real in difference in their styles as a boss between Dixie & TK. He just has full access to his dad’s money while she didn’t.

Punk did TK just like Hogan did Dixie if not worse lol.

Shot in the dark, but maybe his ROH contemporaries that went to TNA (Daniels, Styles, Samoa Joe) warned him about the company and advised him to hold out.

Or out of loyalty after the TNA/ROH partnership fallout

Dixie plays a part of it due to hiring both Bischoff and Hogan. Her being green behind the ears made it easy for them to run games on her.

Not only that but she then brought in Russo twice. After the first time, she lied about letting him back in creative. It's all documented on The Lapsed Fan Podcast, they go through the entire Hogan/Bischoff run and it was a complete disaster from beginning to end.

Dixie was a part of that.
