I don't know how he got his start but I think he used to work for some indie promotions or something so he had some light insider knowledge and then Wrestling Observer hired him full time. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but I do believe he crashed out and got fired from there

I have an extreme disdain for people like that dude only because I feel like, in some ways, wrestling fans have let people like him become gatekeeper’ish tastemakers for at least the internet wrestling community and I can’t for the life of me figure out how muhfukkas let a grotesque dork like that get motion

Because most wrestling fans are nerds themselves, Larry. Come on now. You got people out here who stan the likes of JD from NY and shyt lol...
