ESPN hides UFC's PPV numbers but the reports have been that they've fallen off a cliff. You also had to sub to ESPN just to be able to purchase a UFC PPV. Plus, UFC is very United States based. They do some shows overseas but usually not their big events.

ESPN declined to move forward with UFC, allowing Paramount to come in and buy up all UFC related content for the foreseeable future. UFC will no longer be on PPV at all.

So in the end, it doesn't really even matter what UFC is doing since you will now be able to watch all of their shows with a Walmart subscription
