The straight community doesn't need to have community because it's the social norm to lead heterosexual lives. It's the way it's always been male and female come together to recreate. The LGBT community live outside that general ideology. It's seen as sin, not normal by the general society so ofcourse they are going to come together because they have a common issue of being unaccepted by a large majority.
They gotta support eachother.

By supporting the idea that they should be left to live normally? A straight person who believes that doesn't make them any less straight.
