i always thought it was early morning when they ran up on phat tho, like 2 or 3 AM...it was a bad spot to do it tho in the parking lot of the biggest hospital in the city, but i figure rado felt like if they spent that much time trackin and followin him they might as well do him off GP
honestly it wasn't as sloppy as they're making it out to be tho...remember that no one had any idea about who did it or that rado had anything to do with it for several months later, until they caught up with that russian who started tellin everything about all the nikkas he did business with...that's what led the folks to rado and BGM
