Okay let's start from the beginning. #Disclaimer Now this may not be the official story but this is what the court papers tryna prove and I'm high.
We have "Lil Phat" rapper from Baton Rouge ,Louisiana and the son of one of the Trill Ent Owners( The label Boosie was signed too)
Well Boosie's in jail at the time and none of these nikkas is eating so they all in Atlanta. Well while in Atlanta he runs into one "Eldorado Red" who I guess is some street nikka(
RIP My Nikka Phat.) Well anyway at some point Phat is suspected of "Finessing" Rado out of 10 pounds of Loudpack(marijuana). Well anyway some time later that's suspected as the reason why the Basketball player nikka from California( Shooter 1 & May also be the Plug?) and some other nikka (shooter #2) link with Lil Phat at a hospital where he was set to meet his first born child and take his life
Well in comes the Mob Relations. There's a suspected Russian Mafia federal informant ass nikka who leases high end cars to rappers and
other nikkas who Got alot of money but no real source if income if you get what I mean. Well anyway these cars are stolen and then given to said rappers or other nikkas with alot of money
. Anyway Lil Phat was stopped in one of these cars before and He didn't know it was stolen so he tells the police where he got it from and then some shyt gets brought up with the russian nikka. The Russian nikka was suspected of the murder at first because of this( But the Elderado Red story "conveniently" dropped after said accusations
) But after futher investigation and some more "convenient" truth dropping , we are told that The Russian's only relationship to the murder was that he may have given the GPS tracking information to Lil Phat's shooters who used it to track him down in his whip.
the opening argument of this shyt. soon as the DA calls out red as the leader of BGM and then points to him, he put his head into his notebook and start writing notes like he back in algebra or sum shyt lol.
