I honestly feel that his conviction came about simply because the Prosecuters were unsuccesful in trying to pin the charges on that Russian Mobster simply because he was an FBI informant.

Gang participation carries 15 years by its self in GA most of the time. Something about that 25 years is off, I have never seen anyone get a conspiracy to commit in GA, it's usually involuntary/ voluntary manslaughter. When you play in the streets though this is how it goes. I hope he gets an appeal but he is gonna be sitting down for a minute.
