No, but I saw the movie 1492 starring Gerard Depardieu and it piqued my interesting in enough to further explore the real history of this land, post 1492. I will take a look at you suggested reading though. The more I dig the more incensed I get.

nah this isnt a white this is a colonial attitude. Many of the nations that currently practice blatant slavery (not including prison industrial complex or debting/usury) are run by brown people ( I would say most but that would be a fact and Im not 100% sure). Of course, you could attribute this to them having been enslaved or colonised the same way some attribute child whipping among blacks to slavery. Adopted behavior. Now, I say this, but its hard to stand by it because of team whites track record.
