Easily the best Bachman book and it is vastly underrated among King's bibliography

When I read it last year I had doubts on how an adaptation would work but it looks like they have been able to translate the tension and the emotion from the book to the screen

I hope they do it justice.

His non-horror books work a lot better on screen. Stand By Me, Shawshank, Green Mile. But yeah, if they fukk this up I'll be pissed. My favorite King story, too.

The Jaunt? That's in Skeleton Crew. The Long Walk was released by itself but there is an out of print Bachman collection that has Rage, The Running Man, The Long Walk, and Thinner

Yep Skeleton Crew which is classic. The Jaunt is dope and one of his best short stories. Highly recommend to anyone who's never read it.

RIP Richard Bachman

I read the book last year and I was completely hooked. I think it is very underrated and hope this movie can live up to it

Bachman having a big year with this and the Running Man remake.

Honestly a hundred years from now they’ll probably consider him one of if not the best living writers at this time.
