Yeah I'm tired of 9 to 5 though. These 2 day weekends ain't doing shyt for me

The older I get, the more this sentiment plays back in my head.
The older you get, the less time you have to loose.
The constant people pleasing, work politics drama and schedule changing is a drain.
Before starting a business or other side hustles,, saving up to at least $500 is reasonable for me. I plan to test my luck of different methods until I see success

None of that goes away when you have your own business, I’ve been working in landscaping for 7+ years now and its bullshyt and politics everywhere
Big facts u never gonna be rich working for some cracka. U get taxed out the ass for earned income. Business income theres so many tax loopholes. The shyt is set up to keep the rich rich and worker bees on the cycle of keep working so u can pay yours bills.
Yeah I need tondo the same. I have everything at my disposal but im in my own way

Corporate america is hell on the self-conscious black man and after over a decade, I’m really at my breaking point with this shyt.
You have no or very few people you can fully relate to, neither at peer levels nor at leadership levels.
You have to change your personality to fit into the “culture” (code for shyt white and Asian people are into)
You have the burden of performing at a high level to not mess it up for black folks who may come behind you.
You have to see your counterparts who are less educated, accomplished and talented shoot up the ranks while you get passed over for promotions and stay at levels much longer than you should
You have to deal with them moving the goalposts to justify their shady ass favoritism and cronyism
You have to deal with folks on visas who can barely speak English, but yet came here looking down at you. Even worse, they build empires of people from their country who think the same way and with English just as broken.
And you have to deal with all the other bullshyt a 9-5 brings…
I’m getting my financial freedom or I’ma die trying.
