doesn't matter should be open up to everyone, just ask hr if there is a education funds. Most healthcare places, government jobs even places in the public sector will pay for their employees to take courses, get a bahcelor, masters etc.

Consultancy is something I was thinking about but to be honest, I can’t deal with always going to a new company and seeing new faces all he time. Doesn’t suit my personality.

every job unless you are your own boss is the same, doesn't matter how great you are at your job you can walk into work on monday get called to a meeting and a hr manager is there with your boss and they are telling you that they are letting you go.

Heading into a meeting right now with senior execs that could very well turn out like this. I can't ever not consider that possibility of it happening, especially with some of the spineless and cowardly ways I've seen them operate elsewhere. Add to that that I've been pretty vocal in my need for increased compensation as my workload has steadily grown.
