3 day fast. time for another one. sometimes i do a 24hr fast.

I do Ramadan fasting every year

Outside of Ramadan, I do some days here and there. But it’s mainly since I’m very busy.

I did the cleanse liquid diet but only lasted 5 days.

I used to fast for 2 days before Thanksgiving back when I was in shape just to pig out

I did have hard time sleeping though and nightmares.
