Even if the get all of those picks whoever gets Howard won't be sniffing the lottery so those picks will be worthless (In other words, they would have to actually evaluate talent, something they sucked and why Howard wants out in the first place).
The Magic will probably wait until the trade deadline and make a lesser type deal. It will ensure they suck throughout the first half due to the Howard "distraction" and by that time they will have no leverage and be forced to take a lesser deal.
