:dahell: What’s the story behind this one.

Oak Hill during its time was considered the most dangerous juvenile facility. Juveniles from all corners of the city Northwest, Northeast, Southeast, Southwest, and some from Prince Georges County, and Montgomery County; were being booked for anything from murder, rape, robbery, assault drug possession.

D.C doesn't have any gangs they have neighborhoods and streets. Things like the 14th street crew, 22nd street crew, 7th street crew etc. There was this guy from North Carolina who was a blood gang member who moved into a neighborhood called 1st and O and had beef with a hood called Tylerhoouse. Blood gang boy, is going around talking shyt about D.C nikkas saying they weak because they have no gangs and are fakkits.

Eventually the blood boy got booked and was sent to the detention center. He is in that bytch talking trash to a guy from Tylerhouse who beat him, cut a piece of his pinky off and threw it at some O street kids.

It was strategic. He could slip in and out of crowds with ease :pachaha:

Reminds me of Bushwick Bill getting his start in a NYC jewelry-stealing gang because he could snatch shyt and then run away getting lost in the crowd quick.
