What exactly is the manosphere? I don't/never heard of most of the dudes in that article outside of Kevin Samuels. And with him, I appreciate his honesty when it comes to telling people reality of themselves, but he comes off weird because of he is effeminate, so because of that he doesn't come off 100 and there is a loss of credibility. I'd actually respect him more if he came out as gay. I guess my introduction to the "manosphere" would be AMS. I ran into him one day on YouTube, and I listen to his stuff mainly for staying on your purpose as motivation. He is entertaining and hilarious (smart guy but sounds like a bamma), but I can see where his views and language on women are problematic, but then so is hip hop's language and views on women, and so I kind of view it like hip hop. It's entertainment, and some of it is free game to men that need it, but I'm not living my life off of a rapper nor a YouTuber. I really like the "manosphere" content where men talk about living their purpose, the struggles to get there, and what actions they are doing to stay where they are. I also watch/listen to Soul Immortal, MTR, Roommates, and Aba and Preach at different times. I don't know if all of those dudes are considered "the manosphere", but I don't hear a ton of woman hating from them. Criticism yes, outright hating no. Dusty, out right "I hate all women" type of dudes/channels, I stay away from. I believe in striving to make a good living but a $ amount does not define you as a man. That is one of the manosphere's issues. You define yourself, not a dollar amount, not a woman, not worldly stuff. It's good to strive for these things because YOU want them, but not because someone else says to be high value you need them. That's where I split philosophically.
