Bomani Jones and other ppl in the media literally made the murder into a punchline so everyone would just laugh it away
I don't know if the outcome of this was related to Harrison being viewed as "a good one" by white people in general but I feel like things would have been way different if he had a different reputation surrounding him before the incident
Reputation should count for something. Its important to know if someone probably wouldnt kill unless they had a good reason.
