i realized that he was done as far back as "beg for mercy".

"massacre" was the nail in the coffin. he became a glorified street-pop rapper at that point - just like the rest of aftermath. he caught the bug.

i was never a fan of him because lets's be honest he was never a lyricaly monster because lyrics equal longevivity and 50 cent don't have em at all.


i used to like his JMJ and mixtape stuff.

i liked GRODT too, even tho it was lowkey half-corny. but it will never be seen as a tru classic.

Admittedly I was one of those people that hated on it when it dropped, but in retrospect its a dope album not a classic. Grodt had multiple anthems, massacre didnt have any of that but sounded like curtis was getting comfortable with concepts and being an actual artist. I thought the singles were weak as fukk tho
