These the same folk that generate so much unhygienic filth that they bring about casual plagues and require process to be created such as 'delousing' to keep them marginally decent for public consumption. I've dealt with a myriad of homeless/destitute folk that weren't the most clean and by far the WORST batch of Bodily Odour (Outside of my time in France) was from tourist white folk that let me know why that 'wet dog' connotation is a thing. And they weren't poor. Far from it.
