Couldn't do the same in 2025.

McDonald's literally tells people to get two jobs if they wanna survive.

I'm assuming you're above 30. Look at the time you're talking about. I'm 29 and that bullshyt wasn't even true when I was in college unless you made above minimum wage and had MULTIPLE roommates

See this is why you’re a fakkit.

We’re simply dealing with wage theft. No other way around it. It makes zero sense the people doing the literal labor behind an idea don’t get broken off accordingly, while millionaires and billionaires are sucking up all of the income.

:pacspit:

And you’re one of the dummies with your stupid purse wide open happy with it happening. Shut your dumb ass up. You disgust me. :scust:

Most people are poor. Wealthier people are over represented online (and people lie online how much they have).

Think of all the retail and fast food jobs in this country most of those people make hardly anything and even many people with office jobs don’t make much.

But it’s worth noting that a lot of people are married dual income that softens the blow and makes life livable.

nope it was just 2 of us. we lived in the hood, literally the cheapest apartment we could find. i don't even think she worked tbh, i think she got help from someone or a refund check or something.
now why should we be living the same as a 40 year old established couple with new cars and a 2k sq ft house or some ish like that just because i threw a bbq sandwich out of the window at someone who slid through? what's with the entitlement?

I think that common workers should be paid a living wage that allows them to afford the products they contribute to making. Even Henry Ford knew that.

These companies keep raising the price of products to extreme levels and use debt to make up for it and your attitude is only the well educated in society should be able to participate in the economy.

More and more is going to fewer and fewer. Eventually this breaks if it doesn’t stop. Do you know how much money McDonald’s and other companies spend buying back their own stock shares to further enrich people who are already wealthy instead of paying their workers better?
