I believe the Moon was once a intelligent planet within our solar system that crashed into another planet that was also in our solar system and created the asteroid belt between Jupiter and Mars and what was left behind drifted into the earths orbit the Egyptians talk about planet nibiru...............This is the reason these countries were in a rush to get there is because they each knew of the moons history, and that it's not quite supposed to be there. This is why these governments rushed to see what advanced ancient technologies they may find out .......................

I've never been totally on the alien bandwagon, but something is afoot b/c going to the moon was HUGE, and then we just totally never cared about doing it again? That doesnt sound ike NASA or our govt at all. People say, "there's nothing on the moon so we dont need to go back, or we only did it to beat other countries" Yeah, whatever....they would sell trips to the moon if they could.

So all of a sudden it's a big deal, now nobody wants to go back? Yeah, ok.

it was the engineering of the project that can't be replicated for various reasons/budget/time expertise. It's like winning the world series, why can't the yankees just keep winning? Because you need the right coaches/players/money/managers etc. etc. all at the right time to make that win happen. The rocket that took the apollo craft up burned something like a million tons of fuel every seconds or some wild shyt like that. Had a crazy team of engineers, many im sure are now retired and the people who are standing on their shoulders are involved in other things. It's not like the next generation of space engineers just take on the last job they find other avenues and also concentrate on what the agency is told to do im sure. Also keep in mind in like 3 years they landed 6 times on the moon that's pretty damned impressive.
