looks pretty much on point to me....Washington and Jackson are *black* names (according to the list, they are majority black names) so if you're in the black community you'll meet more people with the last name off ripNaw, I need a recount. Look at the USA rank. Just on a quick look, Washington & Jackson should be higher.
