This list is terrible. Wrestling, soccer, and rugby should be right there behind Boxing. Sports with no stoppage time are already more demanding than sports with. The problem with football is, it depends on your position and the stoppage after every play takes away from the demand. Ive played both Football and rugby for multiple years and rugby >>> and its not even close

Baseball should be at the bottom of the fukking list with Golf. The only person who moves is the hitter/base runners

Because all balls get hit right to the fielders and they never have to move. Yep, you're right.

Wrestling and MMA should be at the top. Try grappling with someone for a full 2 minutes and see how you feel. It's the most taxing when you're trying to get someone off who's on top of you who's trying to choke you out or beat your head in.

try throwing good quality punches and moving/ducking/dodging for 3 minutes straight for 12 rounds

Come on, they still dont exert much physical activity to get to the ball and its not like the have to consistently do this, it could take innings before a particular outfielder has to run to field the ball or make a catch

Boxing would be top 3 for me. And I'm sure it's an extremely demanding sport, but wrestlers in my experience have been the most hardcore on their willingness to push their bodies to the limit, in training and in matches. Those dudes are like the Navy Seals of the sports world.
