Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
I honestly don't think it would matter who is starting with him. I mean Kobe starts with Nash, Gasol, & Howard yet still manages to get over 20 shots. That's Russy game too, he is going to be aggressive either way.

Really Perk is the only starter we need to replace. Need Thabo for defense & need Martin for the bench to be productive :manny: That's why I would rather go after Marcin Gortat or Al Jefferson than Varejao (plus Varejao is always hurt). But with either of those trades we would still be better with another bench scorer/shooter.

Al Jefferson is the best fit for the Thunder, Gortat has solid numbers but he relies on the PG to create his offense for him. I think Jefferson would fit almost seamlessly into what the Thunder do because all you really need to do is pass him the ball on the block and he'll create for himself.

It's much easier to take Gortat or Varejao out of the game than it is Jefferson, both rely on the pick and roll and Big Al just gets the ball on the block and goes to work. Can't go wrong with any of them, but Jefferson should really be the number 1 target.

:lawd: With Jefferson OKC would finally have a true post game. Gortat can catch & finish though, Perk fumbles the catch & then takes his time getting up for the finish. I love Varejao's hustle & rebounding, but he just stays hurt.

The only problem really in any trade is the pieces we give up. I mean Utah doesn't need Perk with Kanter there unless they just plan on him being a bench guy. Cleveland could use him as a veteran leader. Maynor is an expiring contract who is a solid PG when he's right. Those picks we got aren't really good for OKC as anything but trade chips since we already can't find time for our young guys. Plus this draft :scusthov: Really PJ3 is the only young guy I would trade of him, Lamb, & Jackson. I don't know about him, he has all kinds of potential but I just don't know about him.

only thing about Al is, wouldn't he just leave in the offseason?

I'd like him tho...depending on what they have to give up.

Yeah that's the only drawback to Jefferson. Either he decides to accept less to go for a title or you lose him. Even if he left & Martin's big deal ends, the $27 million of the books wouldn't even be that much once Ibaka's extension kicks in. Plus Martin says he wants to stay so basically all that $27 million wouldn't even be leaving.

:manny: Al is the best option overall, but not the best scenario beyond this year.

I dont even want a center(im down with drafting one), what i do want is a hybrid PF and move ibaka to center.

Cavs fans want OKC to use their assets for Andy Varejao, but if i'm Thunder, I'd see if I could get DeMarcus Cousins instead.

Thunder have no interest in trades right now, btw. If they make move at trade deadline, expect it to be more along lines of a Josh Smith.

:whoa: those may be the 2 most random crazy ass things I've seen in terms of trade rumors.

honestly, I just think they're going to get a FA at this point.

maybe Varejao if they dont have to give up Perry and (especially)Lamb. I wouldn't mind Maynor going for something at this point. Considering what dude has done this year the team is better off with Reggie. he can do as much as Maynor was doing but with athleticism and upside. he just needs to stop trying to shoot fade aways.

and once again, Lamb needs to get into the rotation already.

why don't they just give perkins back to boston? in a 3-way trade with someone? :ohh: perkins would probably have a huge resurgence if he was back with the celtics
