Yes it does. The story was top notch, great character development, great gameplay mechanics, solid online, etc.

But they didn't. You only want them to have said that because perfect = flawless is easier to dispute than perfect = complete.

To me, TLOU is one of those games you'd show to non-gamers who wouldn't put video games on equal footing artistically as tv & film. That's not to say it is without flaws, but it is one of the best examples of the media.
