Nah, not if you listen to the lyrics. Ghostface says in the hook "Dedicated to nikkas who do drive-bys". Compton's Most Wanted had a classic album called "Music To Driveby" which dropped '92. That's why he's shown right at the moment where Ghost says that part.
Compton's Most Wanted is so slept on it's ridiculous though. Eiht & Compton's Most Wanted got knockers for real.
