This boy is easily the most slept on and underrated player right now. Which he's probably use to considering he wasn't even seen as a great high


The person most will call the best receiver in CFB right now is Amari Cooper, which isn't totally wrong, but stat wise, Spruce is up there himself.

Amari Cooper: 52 rec, 746 yards, 5 TDs.
Nelson Spruce: 62 rec, 732 yards, 10 TDs

So, at a stat standpoint, Cooper and Spruce really are 1A and 1B.

Before their last games, Spruce led all college receivers in receptions, yards, and TDs, he still leads in receptions and touchdowns.

Sigh...That means absolutely nothing. Its about ability, fit, speed, size, skill. Not about stats. It's all about projections.

You wanna know why none off those texas tech qbs, or those air raid offenses qb never get drafted? Its cuz they cannot throw in the league. Of course if you pass the ball 70-80 times a game no shyt your gonna stack up yards. Look who is leading the passing yards...connor fukking halliday. I can guarantee you he wont get drafted. He might not even get invited to the combine. He might be one off those dummy throwers that they have throw to the db's.(ask tj yates)

its not like Colorado runs some bullshyt offense like Houston 100% of the time.

Have you even watched a Colorado game though? Dude's fast, can jump, good hands, he rarely drops anything.

Leads the country in receptions of 70+ yards
Tied 2nd for 50+ yards
And 5th for 10+ yards

Wide receivers that were loved and received glory played in more bullshyt offenses and had inflated stats like hell.

Ability? Leading the country in receptions and touchdowns with very few drops is no ability?
Speed? Amari's 40 is 4.45, Spruce's is 4.5
Size? They the same damn size fool
